Donation: Once again Joe Letarte is donating a 10-day hunt for Dall’s sheep in the Alaska Range. This hunt is for 1 hunter and 1 non-hunting companion. Trophy fee of $400 on each wolf taken is not included.
Dates: August, 2013.
Additional hunter: Welcome for $10,500.
Additional non-hunters: Welcome for $200 per day.
Location: Trip arrival and departure is Fairbanks.
Accommodations: Hunt daily out of a historic cabin with comfortable wood heat. You will hunt daily out of base camps or spike out as needed to provide the best opportunity at a trophy ram.
Amenities not included: Cost of license $85, tag $425, and air charter of $1,100, and $400 trophy fee for each wolf taken. Purchaser is responsible for hotels before and after the trip and taxidermy/shipping.
Special note: Joe and Victoria Letarte came to Alaska in 1979 and have been involved in the big game hunting industry since that time. Joe has a Master Guide license with experience spanning from the Brooks Range to the Alaska Range, and from the Aleutians to most of Southeast Alaska.
