Donation: Enjoy a 5-day red stag and fallow deer hunt with Wilderness Quest New Zealand. This hunt is for one hunter and one non-hunting companion. Trophy fees and daily rates are included in this hunt.
Dates: Mid February - mid August, 2014. Hunt can be delayed to 2015 but outfitter strongly prefers hunt to be taken in 2014.
Additional hunters: Welcome for $350 per day.
Additional non-hunters: Welcome for $250 per day.
Location: Haupiri River Valley, West Coast, South Island of New Zealand.
Amenities included: Included in this hunt is one 300-330 class trophy red stag and one trophy fallow buck. Also included are cost of trophy fees, use of WQNZ rifles, 1x1 professional guide, field prep, trophy transportation to shipper, world-class meals, accommodation and everything while on the hunt.
Amenities not included: If you bring your own rifle you must bring your own ammo. Use of WQNZ rifles is provided free-of-charge but please bring ammunition if possible (confirm with outfitter). Purchaser can also upgrade their red stag hunt to Gold Medal + up to World Record class red stags and also add any of the trophy hunts available in New Zealand. Their alpine wilderness hunts are highly recommended and second to none! Talk to outfitter about the price list.
Accommodations: Luxury River Lodge. Their modern accommodations are absolutely perfect for your needs, with all the convenience and privacy of home. It is one of the few places that you would feel completely happy to bring your family along on the hunt. The meals, accommodation and the scenery is world class and you can be sure to have the hunt of a lifetime!
