DONATION: This is a 10-day Canadian moose hunt by boat for 1 hunter in Northern British Columbia with Tahltan Outfitters. Tags, license fees, and charter are the responsibility of the hunter.
DATES: This hunt is scheduled for September 16-25, 2018. Fly in on September 15th and fly out on September 26th.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: Contact outfitter for availability.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: $3,500 (plus disbursements).
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Trophy care, meals, accommodations, and guide services during the time of the hunt.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: License fee of $230, tag fee $300, charter fee of $1,500, Wildlife preservation fund $250, truck rental for Smithers to Dease Lake, flights, and accommodations before and after hunt. Charter price includes round trip for hunter as well as meat and trophy out of the camp.
LOCATION: Northern BC, Canada.
Accommodations: Cabins.
SPECIAL NOTES: The area of Tahltan Outfitters offers prime habitat for large Canadian moose and produces beautiful trophy animals each year. The moose found in this hunting area are larger than the average Canadian moose due to the fact that the hunting area is a mere 60 miles from the Yukon border bringing the influence of the large Yukon moose. Exceptional Canadian moose averaging 50”+, along with 60”+ bulls are harvested every season. This hunt is done by boat on one of the many lakes the hunting concession has to offer.
