DONATION: We all deal with the loss and honor of our Fallen in different ways. Anthony Marquez dealt with his by using his creative and artistic natural gift. After returning home from a tough deployment, Marquez was one of the first to seek out the wounded and ask how they were doing and after he got out he followed that up with visiting the families of some of the 17 fallen in his unit. He followed that up by learning how to do carvings with a chainsaw. He decided to turn it into a company and called it XVII Carvings, in honor of the 17 warriors that sacrificed their lives for ours. Anthony created this amazing battlefield crosses and his mission was to deliver one to each of the families of his fallen brothers. In honor of the Wounded Warrior Outdoors, Anthony has generously donated this “Never Forget” Battle Crosses to be sold during the 2019 WSF “Sheep Show” to continue to give back and to honor the Fallen.
