DONATION: The hunt will be 4 hunting days. Included on the hunt will be the opportunity for 1 trophy buck and up to 3 doe’s. The hunt will take place on my farm/ranch in Western Kentucky. The property is right at 4,000 acres and is a mix of row crops (corn & soy beans), alfalfa fields and timber blocks. In addition there is roughly 100 acres of food-plots. It is completely a fair-chase low fence property. I have had the property since 1999, and have intensely managed it for trophy whitetails. Our typical mature bucks will range from 140” gross up to just over 200” gross. To date my largest personal buck taken off the place is 204”, with several in the 170”-180” class.
DATES: Weather permitting, 2021 early muzzleloader/crossbow season. It is reasonable for the auction buyer to expect a good chance at harvesting a buck in the 140”-160” class. If lucky one of the big boys may present himself.
LOCATION: The ranch is located about 2 hours west/northwest of Nashville International Airport (BNA). It is a very easy drive from Nashville. The closest town is Fredonia, Kentucky.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: included will be lodging and food. I have a processing facility on the ranch or there are commercial processors local.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: Not included will be air fare to Nashville, transportation from Nashville to the ranch, non-resident hunting license or deer permit.
SPECIAL NOTES: The buyer should arrive the afternoon prior to the hunt, departing the day following. All hunting will take place in tower stands located throughout the ranch. The buyer should plan on bringing coolers to transport the venison home. This is NOT a commercial operation, rather my personal ranch.
