DATES: Schedule this exciting red stag, tahr, chamois hunt to the scenic South Island of New Zealand for open dates during March-July 2023/2024/2025. Your red stag hunt will take place on one of the most spectacular private game estates in all New Zealand. Hunting is spot and stalk in lush native timber, open grassy terraces overlooking the Pacific Ocean & Kaikoura Peninsula. You will be spoilt for choice on the numbers of red stag available as this is Four Seasons very own exclusive estate. It is here you will hunt red stag, elk, white stag, fallow, ram, alpine goat and wild boar.
