Description: In the backcountry, sleep comes at a premium, and it's imperative to recharge your beleaguered body to give you the maximum chance at success. For the Alaska Down Sleeping Bags, we followed the fundamental CANIS design philosophy, and we prioritized reliability, functionality, and durability. We utilized the highest quality insulation in RDS certified 850 fill power, hydrophobic Nikwax ® treated goose down. A combination of maximum loft / insulation and lightweight moisture protection protects you against the elements in the most extreme conditions. For the exterior of the bag, we use a 20D CORDURA® Double-Rip-Stop fabric, that is not only light, but considerably more tear resistant than any other down sleeping bag on the market.
