DONATION: This is no ordinary side by side. Ithaca Guns have a reputation for high quality and are artistically decorated guns. Skilled workers produced technically superior shotguns, and artisans made exquisite engravings on the metal parts and elaborately carved wooden gunstocks. These are considered true collectors’ items. The Ithaca Classic Double has a hand engraved receiver and hand checkered walnut stock. This 28 Bore shotgun SN#470200 a 2-barrel set, cased side by side - 28” SK/IC, 30” M/F chokes. Weighs 6 pounds. Double trigger, ejectors, splinter fore stock with ebony tip, straight English grip. Drop @ comb 1 1/2”, drop @ heel 2 1/4”, LOP 14 3/4”.
