DONATION: Buddy Safari – 4 hunters - Game Trackers Africa Rockwood Conservation has donated a 7-day South African safari for 4 hunters in Central South Africa. This includes 7-days/7 nights, 4x2 guided hunt, 1 Rhino Dart, 1 Kudu, 1 Roan and 1 Eland (total of 4 trophies is included and must be shared by the 4 hunters). Upgrades available to include additional hunters, partners as per price list (see outfitter for details). Method of take is spot, walk and stalk with rifle.
DATES: This safari is available all year-round in 2024/25.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: Contact outfitter for availability.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: $375 per person per day. GTARC will include a complimentary $ 500 SPA voucher each for 2 or more spouses/ partners joining the safari.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Trophies – 1 Southern White Rhino management dart, 1 Kudu, 1 Roan and 1 Eland. Minimum of 4 hunters (one of each species is included to be shared by the hunters – total of 4 animals). 5-star luxury lodging during your safari, all meals, local wines, and beer (in moderation). Bottled water and soft drinks, daily laundry, Wi-Fi. Transportation during safari, Rhino insurance, field preparation of trophies, and delivery to taxidermy (T&C’s apply).
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: International and commercial flights, charters if required, any before/after safari accommodation, and other expenses. Arrival night, round-trip airport transfer to hunting area from Kimberley airport ($750 per vehicle), special transportation, rifle rent, rifle permits, and airport clearances. Rhino dart conservation fee ($150 per day), expediting fees, taxidermy, dipping, packing, and shipping. Special food, drinks, and gratuities. Value added tax (non-exports) and bank fees, and travel insurance. A 20% deposit of fair market value to secure confirmed dates, this will be used to offset additional costs incurred not covered by donation/ additional animals hunted etc.

SPECIAL NOTES: You will have the opportunity to join us at the frontline of rhino conservation and become part of this legacy of one of the largest privately owned rhino populations at our malaria free Rockwood Safari. The safari area exceeds 33,000 acres and the landscape comprises of hills and valleys with typical Northern Cape savanna and bushveld vegetation, hosting a diverse natural habitat for indigenous species. A variety of more than 22 game species are available, including buffalo more than 300 and more than 370 head of rhino, for the serious hunter.

Shipping arrangements and payments are to be made solely by the winning bidder with the shipper of their choice. WSF assumes no responsibility or liability of shipped items. No hard item merchandise will be delivered to buyers until WSF bank confirms full payment has been received. All hard merchandise may not be shipped until 30 days after the close of auction.
Silent Auction items other then firearms will be shipped by our vendor and your card will be charged through online hunting auctions for the full cost of packing and shipping.
Firearms puchasers should wait until January 20, 2024 before contacting WSF Headquarters at 406.404-8765 to arrange for shipment of firearms or by email at: knieters@wildsheepfoundation.org. A Copy of your FFL must be emailed to Kim to start the process. The cost of firearms shipment is borne by the purchaser.

No payments will under any circumstances be accepted from any third party not being a successful qualified Bidder. The Wild Sheep Foundation (WSF) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals and/or companies.
Any bid made at a WSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, all issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1 per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will be taken at the auction payment table during the Ladies Luncheon, Life Member Breakfast, and all evening auctions. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the President shall dispose of the item at his/her discretion.

*WSF strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State, Province, Tribal Nation or Country he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State, Province or Country they are hunting.
ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250 cap.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from WSF Auction Team for verification.

ABSENTEE BID FORM: If you are bidding on behalf of someone that is not in attendance, you will have to fill out an Absentee Bid Form which will be provided at the Auction Payment Table (left of stage) during the banquet auctions.
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSF will ship the firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from Headquarters to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSF cannot transfer any firearm at the Convention.
USED FIREARMS:
The Gallery of Guns contains a variety of firearms,some are new from the manufacturer, others new in the box from our member donors and some have been fired and used in the field. We will give the maximum details possible under each individual item but our comments are opinions only. When bidding in the Gallery of Guns please remember that all items are offered for sale as is, where is and that no special guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described items. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGE BACKS. Special clause for California buyers please check with your state laws. There maybe guns in this auction that are legal or illegal in CA however sometimes the magazines or stocks are not. All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSF. WSF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSF. WSF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WSF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. WSF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only WSF exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers or attendees on the expo or auction floor during our conventions. Solicitation by non-exhibitors violates WSF Exhibit policy and is prohibited.
SILENT AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE/PAYMENT/PICK-UP

Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and on the Online Hunting Auction web site. Bidding begins Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and ends Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Pick up can be made from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday. Any items(other then firearms)left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be shipped at the purchaser’s expense. If you do not register your credit card with Online Auctions, you will not be able to pay on Saturday at the conclusion of the event. Your items will be returned to headquarters and you will be contacted to make payment for the item plus shipping costs.
