The Montana Fish & Wildlife Commission selected WSF to auction the 2024 Montana bighorn sheep license. The 2024 Montana bighorn sheep license will be valid for one legal or larger male mountain sheep in any of the legally described 2024 bighorn sheep hunting districts during their respective open seasons during 2024. The license may not be transferred with the exception: The successful bidder may transfer the license to one individual, by designating such individual on an affidavit provided by Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks to the successful bidder immediately following the auction. The designee must be legally eligible to be licensed under current Montana statutes. The completed and signed affidavit of the designee must be sent by the successful bidder to Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks immediately following the auction.

DATES: September 15 – December 1, 2024. Archery Season is - September 7 - 14, 2024.
