DONATION:
Luxury Yacht-Based Wildlife Viewing Trip of Alaska’s Katmai Peninsula.
Eric Noll, owner and operator of Alaskan Coastal Excursions, has graciously donated a one-week trip for 10 people aboard his 98-foot luxury yacht, Le Canard, to explore the Katmai Peninsula and enjoy fully guided bear viewing and more!
The trip is scheduled for July 6-12, 2025, the perfect time for bear viewing on the coast and amazing fishing.
Whether spending days taking trips to shore on the 26-foot landing craft to watch the largest bears in the world, teambuilding on the boat, or fishing for halibut, all excursions are fully guided and tailored to the group’s abilities.
The yacht includes a spacious master suite with a private bath and four additional rooms with 2 beds each and two shared bathrooms.
There is a well- equipped salon, and the crew includes a professional chef to serve up fresh Alaska seafood and other delicacies.
A photographer can be added to document the trip or assist others in taking their own pictures.
AMENITIES INCLUDED:
The trip includes all meals, one week of fully guided bear viewing and excursions for 10 people, fishing gear (if needed), and RT transportation from Kodiak to Katmai.
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED:
It does not include RT transportation to Kodiak, lodging in Kodiak, photography gear, and gratuities.
SPECIAL NOTE:
100% of proceeds from this item will go to fund projects in the Alaska Dall Sheep Revitalization Program.
This Program, executed by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game and funded through AK WSF and the Wild Sheep Foundation includes multiple projects in Alaska focused on Dall sheep.
The specific project for this donation is the Spatial Movement of Rams and Ewes in the Brooks and Alaska Ranges.
The project focuses on data collection and analysis from two hundred and forty collared Dall’s sheep by a contract biologist.
The Alaska Department of Fish and Game has promised to seek PR match for these funds, effectively quadrupling the proceeds.
