Donation: This is a 3-day Beceite ibex hunt for 2 hunters and 2 non-hunters, plus 2-days combining F1 Race with wine tasting and sightseeing around Barcelona. Both hunters must book minimum of one ibex each. Trophy fees are not included. Each is $8,300 UP TO 204 CIC point. License fee is $300 each. There is a 21% VAT charge to the value of the donation listed.
Dates: May 2014 or 2015. F1 -2013 Dates to be confirmed. In 2013 the Formula 1(F1) Montmelo Race Track (Barcelona) was held on May 10-12.
Additional hunter: Welcome for $770 per day plus fees.
Additional non-hunter: $350 per day.
Accommodations: During the hunt you will be staying at a charming country hotel located in a quaint medieval town with an authentic Spanish feel. There you will enjoy the best local home-made food in a cozy and relaxing atmosphere. The 2 days of Formula one race combined with wine tasting and sightseeing you will be staying at Bruno and Isabelle’s 19th Century traditional Catalonian Masia (country villa), ideally located in the privately owned winery of Viladellops, in El Penedes, with easy access to Barcelona and Montmelo F1 Race Track.
Amenities included: Pick-up at the airport and transportation, round trip, from Barcelona or Madrid or Malaga to the hunting area are included. Two F1 General Admission tickets for 2 days are included as well as transfer from the lodge & parking.
Amenities non-included: 2 Beceite ibex trophy fees are not included: $8,300 up to 204 CIC points per ibex, nor is the license/insurance fee of $300 per hunter. VAT Taxes 21% of the total value of the donation ($12,200 US) is not included. Hotel in Barcelona/Madrid/Malaga before & after the hunt is not included.
Special note: This hunt will take place in Castellon and Teruel provinces, only 2h30 from Barcelona, in a very well managed private hunting area with the best trophy quality. The hunt can be upgraded with any of the following species: Gredos ibex, Southeastern ibex, Ronda ibex, Pyrenean & Cantabrian chamois, Iberian mouflon sheep, European Roe deer, Balerean goat and aoudad. You will receive a very personal treatment and enjoy Bruno & Isabelle’s friendly personalities. This trip combines a magnificent hunt with a unique sport event and a fantastic cultural experience, making the perfect trip for you and your wives.

LIVE AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULES
Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will be taken at the Auction Payment Table during the International Banquet, the Ladies Luncheon, Life Member Breakfast, all Live Auctions, and at the Saturday Banquet. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
WSF welcomes the use of approved credit cards for auction purchases. However, a convenience fee of 3% will be added to all auction purchases, including special permits when using credit cards for auction payments. Attn: Special Permit Bidders: A 5% buyers premium will be added to the final bid price of each special permit sold. (Unless prohibited by state statute. Proceeds will be dedicated to WSF Conservation Initiatives.
PICK UP OF AUCTION ITEMS PURCHASED
Items may be picked up during the auctions with proof of payment. The Auction Volunteer Team will be available in the auction hall to assist you in obtaining your item. In addition, you can pick up your item in the Live & Silent Auction Display area (located in the Exhibit Hall) during show hours, please have your receipt available.
SILENT AUCTION PAYMENT SCHEDULE
Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and at the Registration Desk. Payments will be taken at the Registration Desk from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Arrangements for item pick up can be made at that time. Bidding begins Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and ends Saturday at 3 p.m.
Any items left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be taken back to WSF Headquarters and shipped at the purchaser’s expense.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS REGARDING FIREARMS
Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSF will ship the firearm from Headquarters to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSF cannot transfer any firearm at the Convention.
TERMS OF SALE
Any bid made at a WSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, an issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1% per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late.
The Wild Sheep Foundation (WSF) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals or companies.
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold “AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSF. WSF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSF. WSF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WSF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from.
WSF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available.
“WSF strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the state, province, tribal nation or country he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law.
It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the state, province or country they are hunting.
Only WSF exhibitors may solicit and/or market to permit buyers or attendees on the expo or auction floor during our conventions. Solicitation by non exhibitors violates WSF Exhibit policy and is prohibited.”
