DONATION: Diamond Outfitters, Dan Adler—a Chadwick Ram Society Member, WSF Life Member and SCI Hunter of the Year Award Recipient—is donating a 5-day Arizona mountain lion hunt with hounds for 1 hunter. Dan's houndsmen are amongst the most respected, and most lethal lion hunters in North America.
DATES: Schedule with outfitter for March-May 2026-2030. Upgrade to peak season (Nov-February) available for a fee.
ADDITIONAL HUNTERS: One additional hunter can be added at a discounted rate. Can be upgraded to a mountain lion/black bear combo hunt for a fee, consult outfitter.
ADDITIONAL NON-HUNTERS: Welcome for $2,500.
AMENITIES INCLUDED: Guides, meals (including non-alcoholic beverages and snacks), lodging, livestock, hounds, private property access fees (if required), ranch access fees (if required), USFS and BLM permits, tax, trophy fees for one mountain lion, field transportation during the hunt, field processing and delivery to local butcher and taxidermist (if needed).
AMENITIES NOT INCLUDED: Arizona non-resident state license at $160 per hunter, over-the-counter mountain lion tag at $75 per hunter.
LOCATION: Hunters fly into Phoenix or Tucson. If you drive, directions will be available 15-30 days prior to the hunt.
ACCOMMODATION: Heated canvas cabin tents, trailers, or wall tents.

The Wild Sheep Foundation (WSF) is organized to benefit wild sheep by generating funds by auctioning items donated by individuals and/or companies.
Any bid made at a WSF auction, whether in person at a live auction, by phone, online or at a silent auction, constitutes an unconditional offer to buy the item in question at the price bid. Unless a higher and subsequent bid is made, your bid creates a binding contract of purchase, obligates you to sign the bid ticket or, in the case of a phone or online bid, authorizes the person who took the bid to sign on your behalf AND requires that the bid amount be paid prior to the close of the auction. In the event that the successful bid was made by phone or online, the bid price must be received before the close of the fifth business day after the close of the auction. For any purchase of more than $100,000, upon request, all issued check currently dated will not be deposited until the opening of the sixth business day after the close of the auction.
Any failure of compliance with the provision above will result in the addition of any costs incurred because of non-compliance, plus the addition of interest at the rate of 1 per month, or portion thereof, that payment is late. Auction items must be paid for by the close of Convention. Payments will be taken at the auction payment table during the Ladies Luncheon, Life Member Breakfast, and all evening auctions. Payments can be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If the winner of an auction refuses to pay the winning bid price plus any premiums required, the item shall be offered to the next highest bidder for the price he/she bid. If the next highest bidder declines the item or if the second highest bidder is unknown, the President shall dispose of the item at his/her discretion.
PERMIT BUYER’S PREMIUM: A 5% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of some special permits/tags (unless prohibited by statute.) THESE ARE NOTED IN RED IN THE AUCTION DESCRIPTION. *WSF strongly encourages Special Permit buyers to book with a licensed, registered guide/outfitter in the State, Province, Tribal Nation or Country he/she is hunting. Use of non-licensed guide/outfitters may be prohibited by law. It is the legal responsibility of the permit buyer/holder to familiarize themselves with, and abide by, the game, outfitting, guiding, firearm use/importation or other applicable laws in the State, Province or Country they are hunting.
ONLINE BIDDING: All online bidders will be required to pay a 5% buyer’s premium with a $250 cap.
You will also be asked to provide the following information: Full Name, Email address, Address, Phone number, Credit card number, which an AVS is completed (Address Verification System) All purchases over the amount of $10,000 will require a call back from WSF Auction Team for verification.
PAYING WITH CREDIT CARDS: PAYING BY CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL 3% ADMINISTRATION FEE
ABSENTEE BID FORM: If you are bidding on behalf of someone that is not in attendance, you will have to fill out an Absentee Bid Form which will be provided at the Auction Payment Table (left of stage) during the banquet auctions.
FIREARMS: Before taking possession of your purchased firearm, the gun must be registered in compliance with all federal, state, and local firearms laws. To meet this compliance, WSF will ship the firearm, at the expense of the purchaser, from Headquarters to a Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder of your choice after convention. WSF cannot transfer any firearm at the Convention.
USED FIREARMS:
The Gallery of Guns contains a variety of firearms,some are new from the manufacturer, others new in the box from our member donors and some have been fired and used in the field. We will give the maximum details possible under each individual item but our comments are opinions only. When bidding in the Gallery of Guns please remember that all items are offered for sale as is, where is and that no special guarantee is made or implied as to condition, authenticity or era of any described items. All items are offered for sale to the highest bidder and the bidders must establish to their own satisfaction the authenticity and condition before bidding. All sales are final, no refunds, no exceptions, NO CHARGE BACKS. Special clause for California buyers please check with your state laws. There maybe guns in this auction that are legal or illegal in CA however sometimes the magazines or stocks are not. WSF AUCTION ITEM POLICY:
All goods in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired or obtained from third parties. The purchaser acknowledges that the goods have not been inspected by WSF, and is advised, in the case of firearms, knives, bullets, or other weapons to obtain a competent inspection and test of the goods before use. The goods sold in both the live and silent auctions are sold ‘’AS IS” with all faults and defects, and without any express or implied warranty on the part of WSF. WSF provides no warranties of fitness and expressly disclaims the same. WSF does not accept any liability or responsibility for any product, design, or use. Any written warranties on the goods delivered to the high bidder are those solely of the manufactures, and/or their agents, and shall be the sole liability and responsibility of the manufacturer.
All services, hunts, or otherwise, in the live and silent auctions and fund-raising areas have been acquired for and are to be furnished by third parties and contain the same reservation set forth under “goods” above. No services in the live auction are to be or will be performed by WSF. WSF shall bear no responsibilities for the delivery or quality of any of the services, or for any loss or damages arising from or related to or connected with the performance or non-performance of such services. The purchaser also acknowledges that in the event that services are purchased, WSF cannot be responsible for or liable for any political unrest or instability that may occur outside the United States. WSF cannot be accountable for any injuries or damages that may arise there from. WSF reserves the right to add items to the auctions as additional donations become available. Only WSF exhibitors may solicit and/ or market to permit buyers or attendees on the expo or auction floor during our conventions. SILENT AUCTION ITEM SCHEDULE/PAYMENT/PICK-UP

Silent Auction results will be posted at the close of the auction in the Silent Auction Area and on the Online Hunting Auction web site. Bidding begins Thursday at 10:00 a.m. and ends Saturday at 2:30 p.m. Pick up can be made from 3:00 PM until 4:00 PM on Saturday. Any items(other then firearms)left in the inventory, either unpaid or uncollected, will be shipped at the purchaser’s expense. If you do not register your credit card with Online Auctions, you will not be able to pay on Saturday at the conclusion of the event. Your items will be returned to headquarters and you will be contacted to make payment for the item plus shipping costs.
