DONATION: The most unique piece of art your will ever own. This beautiful bighorn sheep skull is made of solid metal rods and measures 25"W x 20"D x 15"H and weighs 22lbs.

SPECIAL NOTE FROM THE DONOR: "In my artistic process, I meticulously work with 1/4 round solid metal rods as my primary medium to create captivating sculptures. With unwavering dedication, I personally hand-cut and bend these metal pieces, carefully crafting each sculpture to capture the essence of nature and the beauty of wildlife.

Inspired by the magnificent bighorn sheep, native to the rugged and remote mountains, my sculptures showcase the grace and grandeur of this remarkable animal. Their horns are a symbol of their strength and resilience, perfectly adapted to their harsh mountainous habitat.

In my sculptures, I meticulously sculpt these intricately adorned ram skulls, paying close attention to every detail. By strategically placing the bent metal pieces, I achieve a harmonious fusion of abstract aesthetics and lifelike representation, ensuring an authentic portrayal of the bighorn sheep.

To add a touch of visual impact, I occasionally choose to amplify the size of the majestic horns by 10-30% beyond their real-life dimensions. This deliberate exaggeration creates a captivating "wow" factor, making each piece truly stand out and command attention.

Through my art, I aim to evoke a sense of awe and appreciation for the beauty of wildlife, particularly the unique and majestic bighorn. The interplay between the solid metal rods and the negative space they create adds a dynamic element to my sculptures. Thoughtfully placed gaps and overlaps allow light to filter through, casting intriguing shadows that enhance the visual experience. This play of light and shadow adds depth and dimension to the artwork, inviting viewers to engage from different angles and perspectives.
