DONATION:
A piece of Western America’s History as old as the United States is up for auction! Natures Art from Idaho.
This bighorn sheep skull embedded in a tree was spotted by Frank Stoddard and his brother in 1920s while they were herding sheep.
For years they were unable to relocate the tree but finally in 1940 Frank found it and cut it down.
The stump collected dust in Stoddard’s shed until 1983 when his niece put It on display in her restaurant.
Café idlers and neighbors have spun hundreds of theories to explain how the animal and tree were wed.
Stanley Potts an Outfitter in Idaho bought the stump in 1993. The tree, whose rings Stanly Potts counted painstakingly with a magnifying glass, probably germinated before the Revolutionary War.

This awesome piece of Natures Art comes with a beautiful glass case with all documentation that was collected through the years.
If you want a piece of American History and a unique piece of art bid and bid high!
