Flintknapped Knife with Ram's Horn Handle
Donor: Jeff Garetson
Description:
Jeff Garetson who lives in Lander, Wyoming has mastered the ancient art of flintknapping. This one of a kind knife is constructed from mahogany obsidian from Oregon, the handle is from a big wild sheep ram and we believe the wood is, maybe poplar. Of course the wire is old Hardin ranch wire from Lander.
